About this house rental
Canyon Lake Hill Country House is a relaxing getaway just minutes from tubing the Guadalupe, and visiting Gruene and New Braunsfels. Relax on the large covered porch overlooking the beautiful lake inlet and hills. Inside, you'll find a newly remodeled kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living room décor is rustic modern with new decor and a white stone fireplace. The outside patio has a brand new outdoor living room set and dining table. We hope you enjoy!
The space
**The house has 2 bedrooms with King sized beds and twin bunk beds in the loft. There are two full baths as well.
**There is plenty of parking in driveway. (It can fit up to 5 cars.)
**The 65" flatscreen TV over the white stone fireplace is movie night ready after your day outdoors and has Roku apps with plenty of free movies available including Netflix.
** The inflatable mattresses are queen size and full size in the bedroom closets (in case you need them).
** Message me a about a monthly or weekly discount mid-August - February;

Quiet neighborhood, beautiful view and place. the house is big enough and clean, the deck has a beautiful view, i would suggest some furniture upgrades and decor. however the house offers anything you need for a relaxing weekend or outdoor activities. Grocery store is close by and there is deer everywhere!. we really enjoyed our stay. Communication with Kathleen was excellent.!

Kathleen was extremely nice! This was a great place to stay! Awesome view, abundant wildlife! Just so happened to watch an amazing firework show on the lake for the 4th of July! Would definitely recommend staying here again.

My friends and I stayed at this lovely property for our annual river float trip. The road there is winding and beautiful. The home itself has been remodeled and is very comfy for 6 adults. Appliaces are all in perfect condition and every room has a TV. The back deck is beautiful and spacious. Cute little lights outside too! The host herself is an awesome caring lady. We will definitely be staying again. The location is premier, close to different floats on the Guadalupe and Comal. 15 minutes to Canyon Lake (Comal Park) and only a few short minutes (walking) to Turkey lodge whwre there is a fishing and swimming area. There is an HEB about 20 mins away as well for any last minute supplies. Overall this has been the best place we have booked for our river trip and are alreasy looking forward to doing businesss with Kathleen again. Float on!.
