Quiet area, and nice to see a lot of wild life near and on the property.
Internet connection is reliable, air conditioning works great.
Lacks knives. Cooking there was a little bit of a struggle with a single bread carving and steak knife. Incomplete glass ware.
One of the towels had some mustiness. It was clean, but not spotless. Very weak water pressure in the master shower, recommend using second bath.
Property management alluded to complimentary late check out when initially asked due to a late flight out of SAT. When confirmed that it was available, they quoted $50 per additional hour past 10:00AM.
