Tirionfa has stunning mountain and sea views. It sleeps 8-10 (max 8 adults). The house is perfectly designed for spacious, contemporary, luxury living with a large private garden. A former Manse with plenty of space to spread out in or to hide away. Great restaurants and stunning beaches within a 20 min walk plus surfing, kayaking and paddleboarding.

The space
The house is a beautiful Arts and Crafts Manse, it is expansive, perfect for family or friends' gatherings. please note there is a minimum stay of one week in all school holidays.
There are large gardens at the front overlooking fields and the back overlooking the sea and mountains. There is a huge and light open plan living and dining room with a woodburning stove, cast iron column radiators and chef's kitchen with a large breakfast island, the Scandi mid century dining table seats 12. There is also a separate cosy sitting room with a small double sofa bed and wood burning stove. There is a utility room and power shower room downstairs.
Upstairs are two kingsize bedrooms, both with stunning views of the mountains of Snowdonia or the sea, two twin rooms with garden views and a contemporary bathroom.
Guest access
The whole house and garden, featuring enclosed garden and stunning uninterrupted mountain and distant sea views are yours to enjoy. The garden is very private and we have lovely neighbours so request that you are repectful with regard to noise in the evening.
Other things to note
This is a residential area and we would be grateful if you respect the tranquility of the location by keeping noise to a minimum in the evenings.

The garden is enclosed and a maximum of 2 well behaved dogs are welcome. It is requested that dogs are not left alone at the house and stay downstairs and off the furniture at all times.
