Coed Y Llan, pronounced Koy-duh-Llan, is a burst of colour and space. Fresh from a gorgeous facelift, this single‑story home feels like stepping into a Mediterranean villa… just with the comfort of knowing you're still on Anglesey. It's the best of both worlds: warm, bright, full of personality, and made for families who want to spread out, unwind but be together.

Sleeping ten across five generous bedrooms (three of them super‑king en-suites), the house is a bit of a TARDIS. Corridors lead off in different directions, rooms open up unexpectedly, and children discover endless opportunities for hide‑and‑seek. The living areas flow into one another: a sunken snug for movie nights, a bright mezzanine, a cheerful dining space for meals, and a conservatory perfect for board games and morning brews.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with doors that open onto an enclosed courtyard, a warm, sheltered spot that somehow feels like you've been transported abroad for breakfast.

Outside the landscaped gardens wrap around the house, enclosed and safe for children to roam, explore and make believe. And the dogs? Up to four well-behaved pups can join the adventure, with plenty of space to sniff, snooze and potter. Close the second gate and you're in your own private little estate.

Whether you're barbecuing on the terrace, pottering in the sun with a book, or heading out on the short stroll to Rhosneigr's sandy beach, this is the kind of place you settle into quickly… and find surprisingly hard to leave.

Coed Y Llan is full of life, a happy little Mediterranean escape tucked right into Anglesey.
Internet is a free amenity, however due to our unique location on Anglesey, we cannot always guarantee its performance or availability. We appreciate your understanding if this service becomes unavailable during your stay, as compensation cannot be offered.
Experience the thrill of aviation! During your stay, you might catch the occasional fighter jet display from RAF Valley, a beloved feature of Anglesey. Flights occur on weekdays during working hours. Although jets don't fly directly overhead, sounds can be heard more clearly with open doors or windows. It's part of the local charm and adds to the adventurous spirit of your visit.

Excellent well equipped property. Everything you need and more. Perfect grounds. Plenty of inside room to mingle or sit alone. Beautiful decor. Only downside the property does smell very strongly of dog, especially one bedroom. There was a couple of dog wee stain patches on carpet and side of upstairs settee. We did visit in winter with heating on. Perhaps in warmer months when doors and windows open this wouldn't be a problem.

Really lovely house for a long weekend with family and dogs - lots of space for everyone and everything we needed had been provided. Lovely to find the cake, milk and fizz on arrival! Easy access to everything from zip lines to gorgeous beach walks and nice places to eat close by. Rooms were clean, spacious and very attractive, minimal hanging space in some, but how much do you really need for a short break? Fabulous, well kept enclosed garden which was safe for dogs and children. The internal courtyard would be fantastic in summer. Loved the big dining table, great for family meals. We would definitely return, loved it!

Photos make the place look better than it is. We had to clean up outside and in the courtyard. Damp issues in the annex bedroom. Needs some TLC and maintenance.. We have discussed this with Anglesea lettings.
