About this house rental
Here is your opportunity to experience a remote getaway just minutes away from downtown Billings. This beautiful, vintage-industrial themed house has features that include a 21 foot high ceiling in the living room, a gas fireplace, a loft master bedroom and a second bedroom, large bathrooms on both levels and a private deck. If this isn't enough, the views and remote space that you will get to experience will be enough to take your breath away!

The Industrial Loft at Old Pine Retreats is a newly built house (2023) that is located in the Lockwood area just minutes outside of Billings! This house is located 15 minutes from MetraPark Arena, 20 minutes from both hospitals and downtown Billings, as well as 25 minutes to the Zoo and Shiloh Crossing. The best part is that you will feel like you are in the middle of a remote forest.
The last 2 miles of road to the house is a dirt road. The road is steep and can get muddy in spots. We recommend vehicles with all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive capabilities. During the winter months, 4 wheel drive will be essential. Due to limited parking spots, vehicles with trailers are not allowed.
This house is one of three guest houses that make up Old Pine Retreats. Each house is approximately 100 yards apart from each other. However, guests will hardly see the neighboring houses as the trees and design of each house is such that guests will have your own private space.
The additional 3 houses on the property (1027, 1029 and 1018 Restoration Way) are the hosts' private homes. These houses are also situated to provide privacy for each of the guest houses. Hosts are available for any guest needs during their stay.
The house itself features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is a unique loft style. The house is equipped with a full kitchen and a indoor gas fireplace. There is a large deck with furniture to take in the views as well as a 6 person hot tub to enjoy the beauty from the comforts of a tub. The house has in-floor radiant heating and window AC units for cooling.
The landscape has rolling hills, trees, ravines, cliffs and wildlife. Outside of the 3 houses which make up Old Pine Retreats, the nearest neighbor is half a mile away.

This home is in a wonderful location high on the hill and very quiet and restful. The home has extra touches you don’t see in many rentals-did you forget your toothbrush? No problem. Need laundry pods and dryer sheets? They are on hand. Cooking spray and spices? Yup, all there. Lovely home - would 10/10 recommend!

This place is makes the best of everything for your stay , it comes fully equipped with all the basic necessities from the bathroom to the kitchen , to outdoor seating . It’s peaceful and serene and just a short distance to downtown and local restaurants, parks , recreation areas , etc . We had such an enjoyable homey experience , we will definitely be rebooking if one of the 3 options are available.

We loved this place! It was very clean and the hot tub was kept clean as well. I definitely will stay here again for our next Billings weekends

Stayed at the house with my 75 yr old parents. We loved the decor as every room was perfectly put together for convivence, comfort and charm. The kitchen was fully stocked and well organized to find exactly anything we needed. We loved the tranquility of the deck. Beds were very comfortable. Showers were spacious, towels were so soft. Thank you for sharing this amazing space with us.
