About this apartment rental
This contemporary and stylishly decorated riverside two double bedroom, two bathroom luxury apartment is situated in the heart of Greenwich, a vibrant, beautiful and historic part of London.
The apartment has a large open plan lounge and dining area, with floor to ceiling windows that provide stunning views of the London skyline.
What's more, you're a stone's throw from the underground station with quick access to central London and Canary Wharf making this the perfect base to explore London.
WIFI Internet:
The apartment has Ultra fast connectivity as it has 2 FULL FIBRE lines installed, ensuring the fastest speeds available. This makes it perfect for streaming media, video calls, and working remotely.
Lounge / Dining:
Relax in this wonderfully bright and spacious dual aspect lounge with with direct river views and balcony.
Perhaps sit back and enjoy a netflix movie on the new 75" SMART TV with full surround sound, or read a book whilst listening to the waves lashing the shoreline.
There is wooden flooring, neutral decor, spot-light and furnished with 2 large sofas. One of the sofas opens into a double bed should you need a third bed.
There is a large dining table and 6 chairs enabling a large family to share a meal together.
Kitchen:
The modern kitchen offers everything you need to prepare a big meal or quick snack before hitting the town - microwave, modern stove, oven, cutting board, toaster, kettle, fridge, cutlery sets, pots, pans and all other necessary cooking utensils!
Building:
This is a small, private apartment block, with Concierge. Entry to the building is controlled via a secure phone-buzzer system, and you'll be provided with two sets of keys and two fobs for access.
Bedrooms:
2 identical double bedrooms with super-comfy king beds. The rooms are quiet and tastefully decorated with plenty of storage space, including 2 built in wardrobes in each bedroom. One of the rooms has an ensuite bathroom / shower room.
Bathrooms:
There are two. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom "shower room" and there is an additional bathroom with a bath and shower. Both come complete with all of the essentials that you'd need.
Outside: A spacious river-front facing balcony accessed off reception room and offering uninterrupted views towards Canary Wharf, The 02, and The City. Side views towards Greenwich Observatory, Greenwich Park, Cutty Sark and beyond.
Additional amenities:
- 2 yoga mats can be provided upon request
- A 24 hour large gym is a 3 minute walk away offering daily and weekly options at reasonable prices.
- A washing dryer machine in the unit
- A Bose Ipod docking station / speakers
- Towels are provided
- An Iron and Ironing Board
- Trouser Press (UK) / Pants Press (US)
- A travel Baby cot / Crib (US) can be provided on request.
The Apartment is cleaned and sheets are diligently changed after every guest. We want to make sure your stay is positive as possible!
PARKING:
As with all of London, there is limited free road parking in the immediate vicinity. There are parking meters that operate 9am-5pm in the road outside the apartment, and a carpark that is a 3 min walk away that also charges 9am-5pm.
Underground parking in the apartment building may be an option at an additional cost, depending on availability of the space that we have. Please enquire if this is important for you.
For those aiming to rent a car you may want to consider ZIPCAR where cars can be rented by the hour / day etc. There are several Zipcars in allocated parking bays around Greenwich.
GETTING AROUND
Walking from the apartment along the riverside and into town is a joy, but you can also rent the "Lime" bikes and scooters that are located all over Greenwich (Just need to download the app)
- DLR (Docklands Light Railway Subway train)
This is a 3 min walk from the apartment.
The trains arrive every 3 mins at peak times and every 10 mins outside of this.
Greenwich (Cutty Sark station) to Canary Wharf in 9 mins
Cutty Sark to Bank (City – Financial district) in 20 mins
Cutty Sark to London City Airport in 30 mins
For central London you can take the DLR to Heron Quays then switch to the Jubilee line. For example you'd get to London Bridge within 30 mins of leaving the apartment. Similarly you can take the DLR to Canary Wharf then take the new Elizabeth line to central London very quickly.
- Greenwich mainline Train station:
The station is a 7 minute walk away. It will take you to some of the following key destinations:
To London Bridge in 6 mins (South Bank, "The City", Tower Of London etc)
To Waterloo East in 15 mins (Globe Theatre, The London Eye etc)
To Charing Cross in 21 mins (Trafalgar Square, Picadilly Circus etc)
- Boat:
You are a 1 mins walk from the "Thames Clipper" pier. This is a very comfortable catamaran boat service (with Costa Coffee onboard) which arrives every 20 mins. In a westerly direction it takes you to Canary Wharf in 8 mins, Tower of London in 19 mins, London Bridge in 23 mins, and Embankment (West End) in 36 mins. In the Easterly direction, it takes you to the 02 arena in 7 minutes

This was a great place to stay during our visit to London. Although this unit is in Greenwich, it didn't feel long to commute into the central London tourist spots. We took the Southeastern Rail a lot to get us to the central parts of London (e.g. London Bridge and so forth). Very quick.The unit is 2 bedroom/2 bath. Plenty of room in the living/dining area. The views are great! You can see downtown London and then across the river, you can see the high rises of Canary Wharf.Communication with the host was very smooth and timely.Location to nearby restaurants and the Greenwich market is really close. Worth checking out the Greenwich market. So many food vendor choices.I would highly recommend this unit if you're wanting to visit London.Compare the space of this unit to whatever hotel room you can get in London, this is much more spacious. You can relax and have some coffee/tea while sitting in the balcony.

We had 4 seniors in our group and so enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, spacious and beautifully situated over looking the Thames River.The large kitchen and open living room had lots of windows.The views were spectacular. The bedrooms were smaller but beds were comfortable. This Greenwich location was excellent. Overall we would give this a 5 star.

Lovely flat overlooking the river. Beautiful views and a great space. The host has given thought to lots of extra touches like shampoos and bath salts. The kitchen is well equipped and everything spotless. Highly recommend.

Craig’s riverside apartment is fabulous. Plenty of space for two adults visiting London for three weeks. Views of the River Thames spectacular! Craig was extremely communicative and responded to our various concerns immediately. Would Highly recommend.
