è un appartamento grande e relativamente nuovo, in zona tranquilla e servita da 3 autobus con fermata sotto casa; il "centro" di Londra si raggiunge in 30/40 minuti con la combinazione di vari mezzi (bus/metro/dlr) La cucina anche se piccola è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici e utile se si vuole cucinare alcuni pasti in casa.
Manca la manutenzione ordinaria di base e molte cose risultano rotte o danneggiate (ad esempio in un bagno mancava il copri wc, il terrazzino completamente abbandonato con erbacce e cose rotte accumulate, i muri macchiati e rovinati....basterebbe poco per sistemare le cose tra un check-in e l'altro...) L'appartamento viene affittato per 8 ma ci sono solo 6 sedie! lo consiglio per 8 persone solo se le due persone che dormono nel divano letto sono bambini o ragazzi.
