No smoking / No pets
By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
Final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival

This is an exceptional property. The owners/operators did a fantastic job!I only ask that the property managers understand with a property of this caliber, there should be more than 1 roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms, and quality toilet paper nonetheless. Consider staying at a luxury hotel—an occupant would certainly have more than 1 roll of toilet paper. I’d also say to consider more towels, wash rags, dish rags, etc. There’s so much cleaning and maintaining with 20 people. Please consider these for your next group. Otherwise, we will book with them again, and tell others about this amazing stay.
