• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law, occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 60 days before your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required for all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Prepaid cards are not accepted.

This was a great property. Plenty of room, great attention to common areas. It was furnished to be socially comfortable for a large group. We could literally all sit around in the living room and see and talk to each other. The game rooms were AMAZING! Everyone enjoyed them. Excellent theatre. Great pool and hot tub. Laundry on both floors. There was nothing left out truly. The only issue we had was we weren’t allowed to set the thermostat below 70. We’re from TX and we like it cool (68) and sort of felt for the price they could have met us in the middle but we went out and bought standing fans for each room which we left there for future guests and made it just fine. We actually liked the property so much we’re talking about building one on the coast here in Port Aransas just like it!

Beautiful house and a great place to spend a summer vacation. Kids had a blast! Had a couple minor issues but the host was quick to respond and got the issues resolved.
