Your journey begins on a quaint, private front porch, perfect for al fresco dining, where you can savor the vibrant atmosphere under dimmable ambient lighting. You can order take out from one of the dozens of surrounding restaurants or grill up your own masterpiece on the grill. Or enjoy your morning coffee as you soak in the vibe from your own private perch.
As you step inside, you're greeted by an open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area boasting a generous 65" smart TV custom-built into a modern slat wall. The entertainment center is accompanied by a stunning LED fireplace and so you can set the mood for a relaxing evening. If you want to step up the fun, challenge your fellow guests to one of our numerous board and card games, including pro poker set.
When it's time to unwind, there are two cozy bedrooms, each featuring custom built luxurious beds, super comfy mattresses, high quality linens, personal TVs, and ample closet space. All bedrooms feature blackout blinds for an excellent night's sleep.

**INTERACTION WITH GUESTS**
Owners live very close by, and will treat you like family. We'll do anything and everything it takes to ensure your stay is remembered as one of your best trips ever! We look forward to hosting you!
** HOUSE RULES **
- No smoking indoors
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- No outside music after 10pm
**GUEST ACCESS**
We use a smart lock and you will receive the code upon arrival to the home under the "check-in" information in the guest portal. Please note there are security cameras on the front exterior of the home.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund. Reservations canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive 50% refund.

Had a lovely stay! The unit is well-furnished with plenty of little touches that made our stay more comfortable (e.g. kitchen tools, luggage racks, packaged snacks, laundry hampers, etc.). It was great having a dedicated parking spot (there are two poles right outside of the spot so parking a larger vehicle would have been a challenge). While the bathroom had a sewer gas smell, the drains worked well and a plumber might be able to resolve the issue before the next guests. Check-in/check-out was seamless and straightforward; the unit has a keyless lock for entry. Daniel (the host) was cordial, helpful, and available for any questions/concerns. Would recommend!

This rental was great! Daniel was communicative and helped check-in/check-out go smoothly. The home location was ideal to visit friends in Coronado and Chula Vista as well as close enough to hop on the freeway to drive north! Recommending this rental to other friends/family!

Area is walkable, lots of shopping/dining nearby. Area is lively, lots of people walking by. Busy road, can be loud, especially at night.
House is well equipped for cooking. Stocked with a few water bottles and snacks to get you by. Children's utensils and dishes available.
Two small bedrooms with queen beds. Each bedroom has a TV and white noise machine. Beds are okay, had good sleep.
For the beach: boogie boards, chairs, small ice chest, and kids toys available.
Having a designated parking spot is a huge +
The only negative thing I can say, which is not about the property itself - there's a "pothole" on the driveway next to the house. Every time someone drives by (which is often) it makes a loud noise.
Communication with the host was easy and response was quick.
