Great property, great contact from hosts! Really pleased

The floors weren’t clean, all our feet and our socks were black, we had to keep our shoes on after realising but the rest of the house was immaculate.

An excellent welcoming Condo with all the facilities you need for a holiday home. Everything was modern, clean, very well decorated and well organised. Private parking in secured modern garage, high speed internet, cooking and cleaning facilities are all of high standard and maintenance. The map and directions to the property were very easy to follow. The security and cleaning of the property were very well managed.

I can't think of anything. I have seen review regarding stairs from previous reviewers. These are absolutely negligible. The structure of the building is ground floor is parking garage. Then door leading to stairs to first floor Condo. There's two separate Condos. The Condo itself has two floors. Top floor has two bedrooms and en suite bathrooms. It would have been helpful and as a personal preference to have two separate single beds in one of the bedrooms. But this was not a big deal as we enjoyed our stay at the property.

The host was friendly and cooperative.

I received the check-in instructions only a couple of hours before check-in, and the entry was quite confusing since access is from an alley at the back. It would be much better if the instructions were shared a day in advance so guests are well prepared. The property is located above the garage, and there are quite a few stairs to enter, followed by additional stairs inside leading to the bedroom. Since it was raining, the stairs were slippery, making it very difficult to carry three large suitcases upstairs. If this stair access had been clearly disclosed in the listing, I would not have booked the property.
