Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans Throughout, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Iron & Ironing Board, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.
UNDER HOUSE HEATED POOLS
Houses advertised with heated pools that are covered or partially covered by the home may permit heating during the summer months, but this must be requested in advance to be added to the reservation. Please note that pool heaters will not operate if the air temperature surrounding the heat pump drops below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool heat will only heat the water 10 to 15 degrees warmer than the air temperature. Houses that offer pool (standard size) heat have an additional fee of $375 (electric) or $500 (gas) and must be requested to be added to the reservation. A few of our premier homes that have oversized pools have an additional fee of $600 - $800 to heat. Please request to add on pool heat after booking your reservation. Pool heat must be added more than 72 hours from the day of check in and cannot be added after arrival.
*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. Check in was so easy and this house everything you will need. We enjoyed being right on the ocean during Christmas time. It would have been nice to use the heated pool because the temps outside were warm enough for the heater to have kept up. Not like it was freezing.

This is a wonderfully located and big, pet friendly house right on the beach. We loved that! The difference from our other VRBO bookings is that this house is rented through a company not a person. People provide welcoming extra touches and helpful communications. Companies communicate details and fines for any rule you don't follow. Companies dump linens in the entry way for you to sort out and for you to make up all of the beds. Not fun after a long day of driving. Also, people do more to make sure the house is clean. The floors were gritty, the walls very scuffed and some of the kitchen cabinets in need of more repair than tape. The kitchen was better equipped than their website indicated and that was helpful. A company also has no scruples about adding ridiculous fees. My advice is to check out the company, read all of the fine print and call and email with questions. If I do this again, I'll keep searching until I find a home hosted by a family or couple. Our experience is that you get a better overall stay.

Beach house, pet friendly, 5 bdrm, 4 bath. No complaining at the beach.
Suggestions: spruce up pool/outdoor area, overgrown, messy, paint, replace worn outlets,provide blankets, dish towels, a couple starter dish pods, a couple beach chairs would be nice. Still a beautiful property and location . We replaced the showerhead that was leaking and provided surge protectors to replace overloaded worn outlet adapters.
That being said, we appreciate the use of a million dollar plus home. Thank you
