While the main level focuses on communal spaces, the sleeping areas are thoughtfully arranged on other levels for privacy and comfort. The master bedroom, located on the upper level, boasts a luxurious bath and a spacious king-size bed. An additional bedroom with a cozy queen-size bed ensures a restful night's sleep.

Entertainment and Convenience
The basement reveals a large sofa and TV setup for your entertainment needs, alongside a full washer and dryer in a connected half bath, adding to the convenience of your stay.

Important Notices
You may park one car in the driveway in front of the unit but no parking is allowed in front of the other garage because people are living there.
Exterior Security: For your safety, our property is monitored by outdoor security cameras (no interior cameras).
Family Friendly
While we welcome families, please note the house is not childproofed. Children aged 2 and above count towards the guest total.
Neighborhood Respect
We are situated in a peaceful community and have people living next door. Adherence to noise and light pollution ordinances is required, with quiet hours starting at 10pm.
No Outdoor Music
To maintain the tranquility of our neighborhood, outdoor music through amplifiers or Bluetooth speakers is not permitted at any time.
