I was denied checkin and denied refund they stole my money! For a reason witch they could not validate!

They could have allowed me to have what a paid for and not left me to sleep in my car or at least issued a refund

Old and worn out mattresses.. but has truck parking

The only thing nice was the price.

No hot tub like the pictures, breakfast was small, pillows were lumpy, shower was dirty and peeling.

Might be a good price but filthy and found superb one way cleaner and cheaper just down the road by Wyndham.

Close to restaurant options.

Dirty on the second floor which we were placed on. Hallway had trash, dirt, trash cans out; sheets were still stained, ripped and had hair on them; bathroom and room was not clean and we were moved to the first floor where a different maid cleaned. That was their excuse for our rooms being dirty. Second floor reeked of pot and we were not offered any discount for the inconvenience.

We will not be staying there again.

during the 3 nights we were there, we received NO maid service. On the 3rd night I had to go to the front desk to receive clean towels. The grounds and parking lot were dirty with trash. The coffee pot in the room was missing. When I tried to report it to the front desk, the front desk was un-manned and the main desk phone was not working.

tv was on and volume was very hi when waking into the room upon arrival. no sound or make sure volume is not full blast. better directions on how to get to the room

Great place to stay for the night

Nice clean rooms. Nice little pool area. The girl at the front was really friendly and helpful. The drier was occupied for hours and she saw me walking back and forth so she told me l can use the hotels drier. Great restaurants nearby

The fridge and freezer were good size

No fresh breakfast. Only hard bagels and cereal. It had a waffle iron. They told me they had a shortage of towels when I asked for an extra one.

location was off interstate

the room I stayed in should have been out of order. the lamps and wires were falling out of the wall, bathroom had a hole, blankets were dirty, toothpaste on the wall, light switch had brown stuff on it, door lock was broken…. the staff moved us to another room which was better but smelt like smoke covered up by air freshener or something.

We all know the problem. When I’m outside and see random homeless people appearing from the back of construction trailers, and then taking things from the back of a truck so nonchalantly, I start to worry about the well-being of my property and especially my family.

Breakfast weak. Good value but area around motel is a disaster. Room was clean. Good Siri and tv last minute choice and we got what we payed for.
