This superb three-bedroom, first-floor apartment is located in the prestigious frontline beach community of Las Cañas Beach, situated on Marbella's coveted Golden Mile. The complex boasts 24-hour security and multiple communal swimming pools surrounded by lush tropical gardens. Within a convenient two-minute walk, residents can access various amenities, including shops, excellent restaurants, supermarkets, golf courses, and other leisure facilities. Casablanca Beach, one of the region's finest, is right on the doorstep.
The apartment features an open-plan living and dining area, complemented by French doors that open onto a private terrace enclosed with glass curtains. The well-equipped kitchen is separate and includes all necessary appliances. The master bedroom offers an en suite bathroom and direct access to the sunny terrace. A hallway leads to two guest bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed, along with a guest bathroom. Additional amenities include hot and cold air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, and an underground parking space.
The property has a flat screen TV and you have the choice of over one thousand channels in almost every language including English, Swedish, French and Russian and included are BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also an enormous selection of free movies and box sets. We also provide fast and free Wifi with speeds of up to 100mb and unlimited downloads.

The property is lovely, with all the amenities you need in a perfect location close to beaches, restaurants and a short walk to old town. Finest Rentals is probably the best management group we can dealt with (we used to manage a property too). A huge call out to everyone that make your stay seamless and perfect. I cannot recommend them more highly than I am.
