It was clear that the owners take (healthy) pride in their property. Reminded me of the same type of TLC my folks gave to their place in Bradenton. Well equipped condo, detailed instructions (even so much as explanations on how to use tv remotes), good communication, had everything we needed. 2 bed, 2 bath is a rare find for a smaller floor plan. Bonus that the master has a king bed. Liked the fact that the property has a person occupying the entryway booth 24/7. Would like to return in the "off season". Extremely busy place. Dining options limited near the condo.

The unit was absolutely adorable and very well kept. Short walk to beach and pools. Unfortunately no laundry in unit but very accessible if needed! I would definitely rent again.

We had four adults and a baby and this condo fit us perfectly. It was very clean as well as the whole complex. There was lots of kitchen utensils for cooking and beach items to borrow.
