This ground-floor apartment is in one of four clusters, each having only one top floor and only 8 apartments. Location is between the countryside and the coast, the latter being only a max.10 minute walk away from the apartment, with ample restaurants and a part/sandy, mostly rocky beach and stretching all the way up to the former Pembroke barracks. Good bus service on this coastline, which is half way between St.Julians/Sliema and St.Pauls Bay. Two water parks Mediterraneo and Splash and Fun only a 15-minute from apartment.
Apartment is newly furnished and renovated. Has a walk in shower and newly tiled bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living/dining room with a high-end double sofa bed, another single sofa bed, a smart TV, internet, etc. The three windows look out into open spaces, one of which is the private patio with its own door and key, in which there is a table and two chairs for outside dining. The large private pool is a 3-minute walk away and exclusively for residents like yourselves. There is quite a lot of garden all around the Estate.

Property is located close to small beach with nice restaurants but you need a car to get to the towns, quite area with we like it. Apartment is well equipped and have everything you need for the stay but the cleanliness was poor. Basically it wasn't clean. The floor was covered with hair and other dirt. I have to sweep and mop the floor on first day of my holiday. Swimming pool full of sand looks like never cleaned so we didn't use anyway there are so many beautiful places in Malta so pool wasn't so important. Please make more afford with cleaning and then will be great.
