The Roadrunner Retreat is a gorgeous single-level home, packed with everything needed for your stay. The large 7-person hot tub is all yours! The Ladera Community Pool is also available for use during your stay. This home provides pool towels no matter how you want to get wet!

Inside the home you'll find a beautiful open floor plan offering a spacious great room that includes kitchen, living, and dining areas. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the amenities for large group cooking! This vacation home also has multiple Roku TV's for you to relax and watch. It even has a room dedicated to family gaming! Inside you'll find a variety of board and card games for the family, and even an Xbox to game on.

Just off the great room you'll find one of the two covered patios that includes an outdoor dining table with 8 chairs, as well as a natural gas BBQ grill. The second patio, just off the master, offers a grassy area for the kids to play on and a private 7-person hot tub!

Seconds from the front door is the Sienna Hills Park, which features a splash pad among other amenities.

This home is perfectly located in Washington to make it easy to get anywhere you desire on your vacation. Located only 10 minutes from St. George, you'll have a wide selection of choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner, or even where to go shopping for groceries, clothes, and souvenirs!
With close access to the freeway, you can be in Zion National Park in just 45 minutes. In addition, Sand Hollow State Park, and Quail Creek State Park are only 20 minutes away. Down the road a few short moments you'll find the brand new Ninja Warrior Park, with a trailhead leading out into the canyon that holds the Virgin River. It's a park you'll want to check out it's one of a kind!

Boat/trailer and additional guest parking is available on a first come, first serve basis on the north end of the complex.

Needing a place for 30, 60 or 90+ days? This property is available for temporary housing. Rates as low as $2600 per month with simple month-to-month terms. Rates may include utilities up to $200/month.
