This modern, custom estate leaves nothing to be desired! 3 king-bed en-suites, 2 custom bunk rooms, 11 beds total, sunken hot-tub, arcade machine, outdoor kitchen and outdoor fireplace, iron-log fire pit with Adirondack chair surround, custom pool table and shuffle-board table, easy access to town and the Gondola, with panoramic views of the peaks of Breckenridge!
Perfectly perched on a large and quiet wooded lot, the home faces the peaks of the Breckenridge Resort. 1.4 miles to Main Street, and 1.5 miles to the Gondola put you just around the corner from all the action. A 1-mile trail walk in the summer brings you right to town for that mild evening stroll or night on the town. The home itself is a haven for relaxation, entertainment, ample sleeping options, and designer finishes -- rustic elegance wrapped in custom modern refinement! A sprawling main floor lined with stone, giant beams and steel accents offers open gathering space and ample living room seating. Large stone fireplace and enormous flat screen. Formal dinning for 10 and 4 additional seats at the bar provide thorough gathering space for the dinner night at home. This home was an experience in itself. Everything was top of line, worked beautifully. Automatic shades on every window, no cost was cut when designing this absolutely amazing home. We didn't want to leave. The location was perfect and close to everything. The neighborhood was safe and well maintained. We will love to come back in a few years.
