The spacious living area on the first floor features an open layout. A long bench runs the length of the room and, together with the casual lounge area, creates a focal point for socializing. Music plays a special role here: A high-quality Nubert soundbar, connected to the home’s tablet, delivers excellent sound. Additionally, there is a CD player and a fully automatic fireplace—whose gentle crackling on winter evenings creates a unique soundscape.
A guest restroom on the first floor provides a functional addition to the living area.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with double beds (160 × 200). Designed to resemble a backstage area, this space features two shower rooms for maximum privacy. An additional guest restroom on the upper floor provides extra comfort—ideal for couples or friends who are sharing a vacation home on the Darß Peninsula but still appreciate having their own private spaces.
The outdoor area invites you to enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and unwind—whether with a book, a glass of wine, or music under the open sky.
