Our house was completed in spring 2008. On 90 m²
Our holiday home with 90 m² of living space offers enough space for 4 people + 1 toddler up to 3 years on 2 floors. Modern and comfortably furnished, the ground floor has a large living / dining area with kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are two separate bedrooms and a guest toilet. Our house was completed in spring 2008. On 90 m² of living space, it offers enough space for 4 people + 1 toddler up to 3 years on 2 floors. Location:
The driftwood holiday home is surrounded by approx. 650 sqm of land, in a very quiet and exposed location, directly at the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park. The Langseer Weg in front of the house ends after about 100 m at a turnpike. From here it is only possible to cycle or walk directly to the west beach. There is no through traffic.
Living area:
Spacious living-dining area on the ground floor with a cozy seating area, satellite TV and hi-fi system (DVD / CD). In the cold season, underfloor heating ensures a pleasant indoor climate.
Sleeping area:
Upstairs there are 2 separate bedrooms. The parents' room has a double bed and the children's / youth room has 2 single beds. A travel cot for toddlers can be used free of charge. All bedrooms are equipped with mosquito screens.
Kitchen:
In addition to the large living-dining area there is a high-quality and fully equipped kitchen with an oven, 4 glass ceramic hobs, freezer combination and dishwasher.
Bathroom / guest toilet:
On the ground floor is the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There is a guest toilet on the upper floor. Washer and dryer are in the separate utility room.
Outside:
A large lawn and the surrounding wooden terrace invite you to relax and grill outdoors. There is 1 parking space directly at the house. Bicycles can be stored in the garden shed.
