Welcome to El Olivo de Capistrano, a stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa nestled in the peaceful area of Capistrano Village. As you step inside this charming villa, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting lounge area, with a sofa bed, complete with a flat screen TV. Adjacent to the lounge, you'll find a kitchen with ample dining facilities, perfect for whipping up delicious meals and enjoying them with loved ones.
On this main floor, you'll discover two spacious double bedrooms, each offering a tranquil retreat for a restful night's sleep. One of the bedrooms even features its own ensuite shower room, providing a touch of luxury and convenience. Additionally, a well-appointed bathroom is also available on this level, ensuring that everyone's needs are met.
Step outside onto the outdoor terrace, where you'll be greeted by a delightful setting for al fresco dining.
Venture down to the lower ground floor, and you'll discover a cosy twin bedroom complete with its own ensuite shower room. This bedroom also offers direct access to the pool terrace.

The property is accessed via a 123cm-wide path and 6 steps leading to the front door, which is 74cm wide.
