10/10 would recommend! Place is amazing, host responds immediately, our request for a Christmas tree made our family trip feel right at home! Absolutely perfect place to stay. Everything was clean, kitchen was amazing, hot tub was great at night. Will stay again next visit!

Jeremy’s Nathrop, Colorado rental was absolutely perfect! The home is surrounded by breathtaking beauty—from snow-capped mountains to rolling fields—and we were even visited by deer that came so close we could almost touch them.We spent a day at Mt. Princeton Hot Springs and had a blast soaking in the 101-degree pools while the crisp mountain air sat at 35 degrees. It was such a unique and refreshing experience!Jeremy’s house was ideal for our group of 8. It was spotless, well-stocked, and the beds—though they felt firm at first—molded to our bodies and turned out to be incredibly comfortable. I slept amazingly well!Jeremy himself was a wonderful host. He was so friendly, brought us wood, and even taught us how to light the fireplace with ease, which made our evenings extra cozy.This stay was everything we hoped for and more. We will definitely be back!

Yes for both. Could have had another cloth kitchen towel or two, but thanks for the paper towels. Also, a dish rack for drying would be an added convenience. The spices, chips, oil and other sundries were much appreciated!
