About this house rental
This beautiful home features decks on three sides, showcasing Chalk Creek, a greenbelt, and some of Colorado’s most stunning peaks. With five bedrooms (3 kings and 2 queens), there is plenty of space for 10 guests to sleep comfortably in their own rooms. For added flexibility, the home also includes 2 sofa sleepers and a pack-n-play—perfect for larger groups or families. The game room offers pool and foosball, making it a fun spot for guests of all ages. For a true mountain getaway, this location is hard to beat!
In accordance with our Chaffee County license, this home is not available for events such as weddings or large parties. Small gatherings are welcome as long as they are respectful of the neighborhood and do not exceed the maximum number of guests on the reservation.
Please note: VRBO’s presentation of nightly rates is not always accurate. Our base rate covers up to 8 guests, with an additional charge of $30 per person, per night for each guest beyond that. VRBO may list this as an “Additional Guest Fee,” but it is included in the rental total. The host has no control over how VRBO displays fees.
For security, there are two cameras located at the front of the house.

The house was just as described. It was very roomy and the kitchen was top notch. The outdoor seating and amenities would have been wonderful but in November it was too cold to enjoy them. We did see deer and wild turkeys on the property while we were there.Make sure you read the manual, closely, otherwise you won't find the WIFI password.

The directions and check-in info were very complete and easy. The house was well-equipped and furnished. The property was inviting and comfy. The beautiful Chalk Creek prompted us to sit outside and enjoy the weather and the peaceful sounds of the water.

The home was clean, but very limited linens, sparce and seemed only used as a rental and did not give a homey feeling. The location was our determining factor.
