About this apartment rental
Our spacious townhome has views of the Peaks , as well as wildlife viewing right outside the window. Close to town yet quiet and surrounded by nature. Master suite has a California king size bed with attached full bath. Kitchen has been remodeled with new appliances and a stackable washer/dryer . Ruidoso is a hidden jewel, small mountain town , with all the big town amenities. Skiing , sledding , lakes and the Casino are all near by. Come enjoy our tranquil Mountain Oasis!

My only issue with the condo was the lack of AC. There was only one that was portable in the master bedroom leaving the guest bedroom hot. There was an air conditioner downstairs that never reached upstairs leaving it hot during the day. There was dirt under the bed and under the couches the couch was nasty as far as the rest of it was fine with easy access it was everything else that was listed but she did not list that there was no AC until after we had rented it and then after we rented it it took 24 hours plus even get a response as to why the central air did not work.
