Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 80 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with alarm system. Outdoor shower, table tennis, boules, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery 1 km, restaurant 4.5 km, bus stop 2.5 km, railway station "Saint Raphael Valescure" 25 km, sandy beach "Fréjus" 18 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km. Nearby attractions: Gorges du Blavet.
