Villa with heated private pool in Bagnols-en-Forêt

+ Well-equipped house (even small stuff like swimming goggles, petanque balls or cooking accessories) + Very well-kept garden + You are alone on the entire property. It's not a shared garden/pool as in many other similar houses. + Everything looks and feels pretty clean + Beautiful, authentic architecture + The A/C is a big plus! + The mosquito nets on all big windows are practical and keep the nasty tiger mosquitoes outside. + The property is secluded and private. There are some neighbours but you never hear them nor can they see into the garden/pool area. + Judging by messages and one phone call, the owner is kind and polite + The village of Bagnoles is only a few minutes by car and very lovely and authentic. - Some of the outside furnishing (lounge chairs, table, umbrella) is not in the best shape and has some damage - An additional cleaning fee of 110€ is due in cash when leaving. To be fair, this is clearly stated in the rental contract which the owner sets up in advance. - Somehow the pool is very sensitive to sun protection. It's made clear by the owner and the housekeeper when you arrive. This is why we always showered properly before entering the pool. However, apparently, this was not enough and the owner now asks us to pay an additional fee of 150€ for additional pool cleaning services. It's not a huge deal considering we paid more than 3'000€ for a 9-night stay, just a bit of a bummer... However, our stay was lovely and we would totally recommend this house! :)

We had wonderful vacation in this lovely house and enjoyed our stay very much. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, the pool is clean and wonderful. We felt like at home and will definitively come back again.

La présentation en photos de cette villa est la stricte réalité de cette location qui offre tout ce dont on a besoin. Rien à redire, franchement à découvrir et vous ne serez pas déçus. Sophie est à votre disposition si besoin et est de plus très souriante. N'hésitez plus, allez y, vous ne regretterez pas....

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in dem Ferienhaus. Die gesamte Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit dem Vermieter lief sehr gut und wir konnten sehr gut informiert unseren Urlaub beginnen. Rückfragen wurden stets kurzfristig beantwortet. Sophie hat uns am ersten Tag freundlich empfangen und war auch immer hilfsbereit. Das gesamte Haus und Grundstück waren sehr gepflegt. Insbesondere der Garten ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und bot mit einer Boolbahn, Tischtennisplatte, Dartscheibe und dem großzügigen Pool viel Raum für Freizeitaktivitäten auf dem Grundstück. Natürlich kann man sich auch einfach am Pool der schönen Aussicht auf die umliegende Landschaft erfreuen und entspannen. Wir haben es jedenfalls sehr genossen und unsere Tochter wollte überhaupt nicht mehr aus dem Pool… Das Haus ist auch sehr großzügig und modern eingerichtet (Klimaanlagen, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, Wlan etc). Auch die Bäder und Schlafzimmer waren sehr sauber und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Bilder in der Anzeige scheinen allerdings etwas älter zu sein da Haus und Garten in Echt sogar noch viel besser aussehen und wir bei der Ankunft wirklich sehr positiv überrascht waren. Alles in allem war es ein echter Traumurlaub und wir werden definitiv wieder buchen wenn es uns wieder nach Südfrankreich zieht!
