A charming apartment with an inner garden and terrace, located in a historic residence that still retains striking elements of its original architecture, such as the beautiful stone vaults and the characteristic niches in the walls. Spanning 200 square meters, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to 7 people, thanks to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and numerous spaces to relax. The location is convenient for exploring the wonders of Salento: a 10-minute drive from Castro and Santa Cesarea, and 20 minutes from Otranto. Lecce is only 40 km away.



The 200-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a historic house: please note that there are 4 steps at the entrance and numerous internal steps separating the rooms.



The interior layout is as follows:

- Large, fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, electric kettle, moka pot, and traditional oven; dining table, sofas, and TV

- Living room with a single sleeper chair

- Bedroom I (please note there are 5 steps to access it) with a double bed, built-in closet, and split A/C

- Bedroom II with a double bed, single bed, closet, and split A/C

- Bedroom III (loft-style; please be careful on the stairs if traveling with small children) with a double bed, dressers, and split A/C

- Bathroom I equipped with a toilet, bidet, and bathtub with showerhead

- Bathroom II equipped with a toilet, bidet, and shower stall

- Interior garden equipped with a table and 2 sets of chairs

- Terrace accessible from the garden via a staircase, equipped with a covered dining area with a table and benches.



Additional amenities available to guests: independent heating, UNLIMITED Wi-Fi, fans, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.



Note: The fireplaces in the house are not operational.



All guests must present valid identification upon arrival, as required by Italian law.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
