Our condo provides beautiful, quality accommodations, a fully stocked kitchen, and washer and dryer in the attached garage. It has been recently remodeled with all new appliances, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, louver blinds and ceiling fans in every room. The back patio is east facing for a sun-filled brunch to a shaded afternoon nap on the outdoor sectional. The backyard is a greenway that offers private space and green grass for relaxation and play. The pool and jacuzzi are just steps away across the street.
The floor plan is the St. Andrews floor plan with 1360 Sq Ft.
The Master Bedroom has a TV and en Suite (single sink vanity, walk in shower and walk in closet).
The Guest Bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and large closet.
The Guest Bathroom has tub/shower and single sink vanity
The Den has a queen-size Murphy bed (drop down), closet, or it can also be used as an office space with a desk, chair and printer.
