Mammoth and the Eastern Sierra is an outdoor enthusiast's dream. Home to one of California's best ski and mountain biking resort, from town you have access to hundreds of miles of scenic hiking trails with hikes suitable for all levels, located 20-30 minutes south of June Lake and Mono Lake, 40 minutes north of Bishop which is home to world-class climbing, and 45 minutes to spectacular Yosemite via Tioga Pass in the summer.
Our cozy mountain retreat is surrounded by beautiful giant trees. Clean and recently updated with new floors and paint throughout, new appliances and furniture in the living and dining rooms. Ground level with easy access, so no stairs after a full day on the slopes or an epic hiking adventure in the breathtaking Eastern Sierra!!
Your home away from home with a fully equipped kitchen, coffee, tea, hot cocoa, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, waffle machine, Instant Pot, cable, smart TV, WiFi, games, puzzles, toddler toys, and fireplace.

Centrally located and walking distance (weather permitting) to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, pharmacies and golf course.
Mammoth's convenient shuttle service offers complimentary transportation all around the town including each of the mountain base ski lodges, the Village, and lake basin. Stop 46 is located right outside the complex. The buses usually come every 10 to 30 minutes depending on the line and season.
Parking is limited to 2 vehicles per unit.
Mammoth Lakes TOT cert #9000. Starting 2025, 16% (up 2% from 2024) occupancy tax + TBID is included in the total cost.

We genuinely enjoyed our stay at this well maintained condo. It was just as described. Perfect for our family as we came to the Mammoth area to fish and enjoy the outdoors. So beneficial to families such as mine to be able to make breakfast in the well stocked kitchen before heading out for a day of adventure. Quick and easy communication with the owner. We would certainly stay there again in the future.

The property was a good value and fit the needs for our family. However, there were a couple of unexpected disappointments. The main one was the wood pellet burning stove in lieu of a fireplace in the living room. We found it very difficult to operate (both in getting it to work and to regulate the temperature) even while following the instructions. Probably not an issue for summertime stays.
