Excellent location. 1st floor unit. Did not have a full ocean view, but it was very easy to load in and out upon arrival departure, versus climbing stairs in the heat, balcony is large with chairs and tables. Unit was clean, and bath towels provided. 1 set per person. The beds are fairly firm, we like firm beds, so I slept well!. The pools were AWESOME! The frog turtle pond on site is super cool. Complex is quiet at night, and the frogs and crickets go crazy! (a lot of "wildlife chirping but room was perfectly quiet!). Excellent location as far as access to north beach, marine center, the pizza place, ice cream shop, (nearby gas station also has coffee, paper products, great deli sandwiches milk eggs), and Captain Dereks dophin adventures is maybe 5-8 minutes. Bring your own beach towels, and USB cords/plugins.
Barebones as far as basic supplies, so pick up an extra roll of TP and paper towels if you are planning a week stay.
