With new furnishings and freshly updated interior, Lighthouse Point 25A is ready and waiting to become your home away from home on your next beach vacation. Enjoy your stay at Lighthouse Point, located on the quiet north end of Tybee, just steps from the beach and pool. Relax on the private balcony that has wonderful Ocean views. The interior welcomes guests to a casual and comfortable condo experience. Enjoy all the amenities that Lighthouse Point offers, including a secure gated community with easy access to the beach, swimming pools, and tennis courts.
The living area includes a 50 inch Smart TV and a Queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy the views from the balcony from inside or out. There is a dining table seating for up to 6 and an additional outdoor bar height table with seating for 4 on the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes convenience features including a dishwasher and a stacked washer and dryer.
The primary bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and a wall-mounted SmartTV and access to the balcony. The attached full bathroom has all new fixtures with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is also furnished with a King-size bed and a Smart TV. The second bathroom is located in the hall just outside the bedroom door, with access from the hall and from the bedroom. The guest bathroom has all new fixtures including a tub and shower combination. There are 2 parking spaces, 1 reserved and 1 unreserved for this property. The condo is located on the first floor which is elevated and accessed by only one flight stairs. There is no elevator in this building.
Lighthouse Point Condominium is located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular views and long walks on the north end of Tybee.
The community is a gated condo complex, featuring private beach access, tennis courts, community WIFI access, playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20) and a kid pool (18X10). There is a community charcoal grill located at the pool area for guests' use.

This condo was beautiful and very comfortable during our stay. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio looking out at the water. It was peaceful. We would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed in 25A and it is exactly as listed ! Appears newly renovated and in excellent shape. Comfortable furniture, clean and well kept with beautful views. We loved it ! We did have an issue with the onsite parking as another guest kept parking in our reserved spot and we had to park relatively far from our unit in an unreserved spot which was inconvenient. The property has a good boardwalk for ease of beach access, however, it only goes for a short distance and the rest of the path after the boardwalk is between the dunes with some overgrowth on either side - this can be a little scary and challenging, especially if travelling with young children as the signs near the boardwalk warn that the dunes are venomous snake nesting areas.

Everything was great. Loved the views. A great location to access the beach. NOTE: We had to vacate the condo a day early to beat the bad weather coming to our home in Tennessee.

Condo location was great, pool area was wonderful!Condo was dated. We were in the bottom unit and it was extremely noisy above us! You could hear all movements in the above unit. It was especially concerning attempting to go to the beach, at both walkways to get to the beach, signs were posted with warnings of poisonous snakes nesting… certainly didn’t feel very safe!
