Old Field Hideaway

Beautiful location, a very peaceful and quiet area. The Hideaway looks a little austere from the outside but don't be deceived by this, inside you will find everthing you might want, ideal for a couple who want a tranquil get away and litertally a stones throw away from a picturesque Fishing Harbour and ruined Castle - a little Gem. Paddy who manages it was friendly and helpful - there was a complimentary Bottle of Wine awaiting us on arrival, and when I mentioned it was my birthday during my stay another one arrived on the day !

We liked the simplicity, with every single amenity needed but lack of fills. The situation is perfect ..a short walk away from the harbour and from a pebble beach for swimming. Excellent communication.with the owner. .

Loved how spacious and clean it was

The bathroom toiletry rack for the toilet paper has a loose Allen bolt and slid right off with ease. Other than that this was the most perfect stay ive had.

I liked everything about the property. It had a view , it was large comfortably and very well set out with lots of facilities especially being on a motorcycle as I can’t carry too much. Did some great rides from the property and utilized the ferry and did the long way round to Waterford . Highly recommend
