Do facto de estar perto da praia. O espaço exterior era agradável, apesar da falta de manutenção.

Falta de limpeza e manutenção da casa. Tetos e objetos com teias de aranha. Pó, muito pó.Infestação de formigas. Máquina de lavar loiça com restos de comida e filtro sujo. Exaustor e forno com gordura ressequida. Casa com demasiados objetos de decoração.
