L'appartamento è molto carino, ristrutturato e arredato con gusto, nonché di dimensioni più che adeguate. Anche il palazzo è elegante (portone a parte) e situato in ottima posizione. Le istruzioni per self check-in e check-out sono state chiare. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo per la zona.
L'aria condizionata è molto rumorosa e, per di più, il telecomando aveva le batterie quasi completamente scariche, per cui abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a farla partire (per fortuna, visto il caldo, ci siamo riusciti). Con un appartamento così bello, è un peccato avere una modalità di check-in/check-out del tutto impersonale (sebbene ormai sia la regola), ed è un peccato non far trovare neppure i beni di prima necessità veramente basilari (basterebbero acqua e qualche capsula di caffè). È detto in maniera chiara, ma penso che potrebbe essere uno spunto per migliorare, con poco, l'accoglienza.

Ciemny pokój dzienny, okno usytuowane w taki sposób, że ograniczało dostęp światła dziennego do salonu i kuchni , żarówki nad okapem kuchennym doświetlające miejsce przygotowywania posiłków ,przepalone, brak reakcji personelu na moją prośbę o wymianę żarówek
