1. Location was great - we were on a smaller harbour with great views and within a very short walk to bars, restaurants, shops and a shopping centre. The beach and coastal walk are so close by.
2. The apartment has its own parking space in a gated car park.
3. Two Balconies - the apartment is on the corner of the building and has a balcony on each side, both of which catch the sun from mid morning until evening. The bedroom balcony remains in sun until quite late.
4. Good communication before, during and after our stay.
5. Little extras - there is a selection of books and box games in the apartment, a folder with recommendations for local eateries etc.
6. Great base for sightseeing in the south east. We went to Portsmouth, Bromley, Brighton, Pevensey, Hastings and the National Trust property Batemans.

Location and views are superb
Shower was not very powerful and bathrooms felt slightly dated.
