Immaculately presented two bedroom south facing self catering first floor apartment overlooking the south harbour and enjoying superb water views from every window. Minutes from the beach and Marina entry gates.
Living/dining room, fitted kitchen, master bedroom with double bed and en suite shower room, twin bedroom. The main bathroom has a bath, with shower. The apartment has WiFi broadband. Lift. Secure entry phone system. Flat screen TV, DVD/CD and radio.
The Piazza has a private gated entrance and has free allocated and visitor parking.
The Piazza is the perfect holiday base for couples, families or friends, whether you are seeking to explore the beautiful Sussex coastline, the outstanding local countryside, including Beachy Head and the stunning Seven Sisters, or to explore Eastbourne, or nearby Hastings or Brighton, or if you simply want to spend time relaxing in the tranquil Marina.
Within the Marina, the Piazza is close to the Marina sea lock and the beach, as well as being just a few minutes stroll from all the attractions and facilities of the marina; including a good selection of bars, cafes and international restaurants, not to mention the Sovereign Harbour Tour Boat. Great property, well located in a beautiful harbour. Well equipped and very comfortable. Incredibly quiet neighbourhood with good parking. Bar and restaurants within 5 mins walk. 5 min drive into Eastbourne (free parking after 6pm). Alan the agent was really good on arrival and very good comms re arranging meet time.Would not hesitate returning.

We enjoyed the outlook and situation of the apartment, but we felt there were several things lacking. The apartment was not as clean as we would like, we had to purchase our own toilet paper, washing up liquid, cleaning cloths, ect and it wasn’t very well equipped. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
