寬敞便利的空間，設備齊全，我們使用了廚房也享受了客廳空間。雖然沒有專門的乾燥室，但有烘鞋機，雪靴使用後也能保持乾燥。廚房的材料齊全（像是住客們留下的）也算乾淨，我們每天都自行料理，非常方便，甚至有三台冰箱。客廳與房間的電視都能接串流看Netflix。

樓梯的灰塵堆積得比較嚴重，上下樓很難不注意到，但不是什麼大問題。

Well renovated old building with all comfort. It is very good base camp for ski trip in the area though it requires a well equip car if any heavy snow fall. We really enjoyed the large space and decoration in shared kitchen and living room. Owner was really nice and contacted me to inform about snow condition.

lugar fantástico, excelente, voltarei com certeza. Próximo tem um ponto de ônibus então você pode ficar um pouco mais afastado mas com conforto de uma excelente acomodação. Tudo extremamente limpo, anfitrião atento... Acomodação fantástica, excelente custo benefício. Deste lugar existem muitas opções que você pode fazer um bate-volta, como por exemplo diversas estações de eski ou o monkey-park (macacos da neve). Saindo da acomodação vimos a neve caindo foi fantástico.

Host communicated well by messages, and there were facilities to make coffee. The other 2 guests who I met were nice. It's one of the only places to stay near Kamakura (snowdome) village, so the location was decent if you don't have a bus reservation to go back to Iiyama. However, the guesthouse is about a 20min walk from Kamakura village in the dark in the winter (maybe 10min in the summertime).

I was surprised to find out the day of my arrival that there were no staff at the guesthouse. The sheets on the bed appeared dirty, so I switched to a different room. The facilities could be cleaner overall, and I wonder how often the caretaker comes. There was hot water, although the tank meter showed it was almost empty. The bed was uncomfortable for me, and I woke up with back pain. All in all, an okay sleep in a small mountain village, but there are better places to stay elsewhere.
