Excellent position but will skip it next time.

The location, right on the beach.

The furniture is worn both for the inside and outside, the electric opening of the fence was not working. Air conditioning old, noisy and undersized. The blinds were working only for half of the windows. When new, the villa must have been nice, but no money have been invested and it is degrading. Way overpriced for what it offers. Personnel was responsive for day to day problems, but all major issues were on the account of owner decision that is not investing money for proper maintenance.

A perfect stay at a breathtaking villa.

Astonishly beautiful place with incredible views that make you feel at one with the remarkable location. The villa is extremely well put together with very comfortable beds and bedding, great bathrooms and a very relaxed minimalist feel. The Halkidikibnb team was so professional and welcoming. It was a real privilege to stay at this property. Thank you Halkidikibnb!

Paradise place

Villa Alpha was by far one of the best accommodations we have had in Greece. The accommodation is ideally located, very quiet and the view is fantastically beautiful. The beach is within steps distance right in front of the house and close to local supplies as well. Private gated parking is available directly at the complex The villa was very clean, modern, stylish and equipped with everything (kitchen utensils etc.). The host company Halkidikibnb is always available and very attentive and nice. The garden is lovely, big, quiet, pleasant and has a great view of the sea. We can recommend the villa very well and would stay there again anytime.

O vila foarte frumoasa, insa neingrijita

Vila este amplasata intr-o zona deosebit de frumoasa, cu multe vile in jur si vegetatie luxurianta. Este situata chiar pe plaja si are o curte cu gazon frumos, pe care te poti relaxa in voie. Vila este foarte spatioasa, putand sa cazeze grupuri mari. Are terase frumoase, bine umbrite, de pe care se admira frumusetea marii. La interior dotarile sunt complete (masina de spalat vase, masina de spalat rufe, bucatarie utilata cu tot ce este necesar pt.a gati). Umbrarul pt. 2 masini este un mare avantaj.

La interior vila necesita renovare. Un aparat de aer conditionat nu racea si nu am putut sa-l folosim. Rugina era instalata pe calorifere, pe tevile din bai. Unele prize erau smulse din perete. Unele becuri erau arse. Sistemul de actionare a portii auto este defect, a trebuit sa impingem poarta grea de fiecare data cand intram/ieseam cu masina. Mobilierul de pe terasa exterioara este deteriorat.
