Reinisch Apartments

The property was generally very clean and well arranged, the staff was well prepared to guide us to our apartment. Big bathroom, good TV and decent internet.

The hallway and the apartment was full of a sort of “burnt plastic” smell, except the bedroom (the smell was ok there). We ventilated the place, the air outside was nice and clean, but the smell just wouldn’t go away. We reported this to the reception, and they told us very kindly, it’s because of the plastic refinery that is nearby, even though there was no smell outside of the apartment. Inside the microwave was also very smelly, like plastic… maybe that was the source of the smell from a previous tenant. The cleaning personnel seemed to be doing their job very well. But them not reporting, or the staff not fixing that, or changing our apartment was really bad.
