Location was perfect for us - supermarket and underground station very close. Very nice lake outside the property.
It was very hot and it didn't have air conditioning, although this was not advertised so not a complaint.

Modern apartment in a modern building and neighborhood. Close to pastry shop, supermarket, and a small lake for walks. Small size but has a separate bedroom – big plus.
Couldn’t hard-lock the door from inside (anyone with code can enter anytime, even while sleeping). Unreliable internet (throttled, had to use mobile data). Location far from city center (20-30 min by metro).
