Modern apartment in a modern building and neighborhood. Close to pastry shop, supermarket, and a small lake for walks. Small size but has a separate bedroom – big plus.

Couldn’t hard-lock the door from inside (anyone with code can enter anytime, even while sleeping). Unreliable internet (throttled, had to use mobile data). Location far from city center (20-30 min by metro).

The apartment was clean, warm and modern.

The wifi was lagging and disconnected very often. Pillows were uncomfortable.

The apartment is in a good location, only a 3-minute walk from the metro station, with a 15–20 minute ride to the center of Vienna. Check-in was easy and well organized. Parking in a garage was available free of charge with prior reservation, and it is about a 5-minute walk from the apartment, which was very convenient. However, the kitchen was not clean, and some of the furnishings are quite worn. Upon arrival, we noticed that several items were damaged, including doors, shutters, and the refrigerator. I strongly recommend checking everything carefully upon arrival and reporting any damage immediately to avoid unnecessary charges later. Overall, the apartment is suitable for a short stay or for one or two nights (it fits 6 people - 3 bedrooms but only 1 bathroom).

Unfortunately, cleanliness in the kitchen did not meet expectations (pieces of died food on the table, dirty counters...), and some of the furniture and equipment show signs of wear. We also discovered upon arrival that several items, such as doors, shutters, and the refrigerator, were already damaged. For this reason, it is advisable to inspect the apartment carefully and inform the host immediately to avoid potential misunderstandings or additional charges. Chairs and tables on the balconies were damaged.
