Сао😉 About reservation: Quick booking, they immediately sent us all the instructions for check-in, parking was included in the price (it is a 5-6 minute walk away, which is convenient), the plates was added to the database upon our arrival, and the gate was automatically opened for us when we came, we left the car for 3 days and got around by metro (the metro is a 40-second walk away from Apartament ), you get to the metro through the arch and soaz (very convenient), we found a room without any problems, we been at number 16😊 We checked in early (because the room was available), for which special thanks!!! Really appreciate it a lot!! Because you save our full day, hah! The room is clean, bright, has all the equipment, an excellent bathroom, the Bila store is a 2-minute walk away ( works until 20h) , cafes and restaurants are nearby - all the amenities are top notch! When we check out , in the early morning, the parking gates was closed, but we scanned the QR code on the door, entered the parking and when we left, we opened the gate ourselves from the phone - convenience 10! When we pulled into the parking lot, I sent a photo to the administrator and he IMMEDIATELY contacted me and confirmed that we were in the right parking lot! - Bravo! It's about a 20-minute metro ride to the city center, without transfers and it’s really fast... In short, it's a great place ☺️ We'll recommend it to friends, and when we come to Vienna, we'll stay here again... Everything is fast, convenient, and comfortable!! Everything been GREAT!

For us, this was an excellent location, close to the subway, a parking garage, and a supermarket. A very quiet and pleasant location.

We asked for check-in one hour before the official time (at 2 p.m.), but unfortunately this was not possible. On the last day, the cleaner arrived at 10 a.m., even though check-out was scheduled for 11 a.m. During our stay, we noticed a few minor issues: there were four of us, but only three forks were available, just one wine glass, and the TV was not working. We would also have appreciated trash bags and brief instructions on where to dispose of the waste when the bin is full.

Relatively easy access to the building and apartment. Clear instructions received regarding access.

Very far from everything. Very far from the city center by metro. Very far from the airport. The mess on the stairwell of the building. The apartment looks much better in the pictures than in reality. Walls in need of major repairs. A major hole in the wall next to the door probably made by the door handle at the entrance. Many large cobwebs around the air conditioner. Very cold in the apartment although the radiator worked - the apartment was probably not used previously and the walls had cooled considerably. Plaster stuck over the peephole at the entrance door.
