The house is spacious, clean, and visually appealing. It’s a nice setup for a group stay and has great potential for a relaxing getaway.

. The overall experience felt restrictive and, at times, uncomfortable. From the beginning, we were not allowed to briefly park on the street—even just to unload—despite there being ample space. Several issues affected our stay. The jacuzzi was not at a usable temperature upon arrival, and although the manager responded, we had to figure out how to operate it ourselves. There was no coffee available, which is a basic amenity most guests expect, especially after long days. There was also a persistent and loud dripping noise that made it difficult to sleep. I reached out about it but did not receive follow-up or guidance, and the area where it seemed to come from was not accessible. Additionally, there is a loud alarm-like sound when opening the pool door, which adds to the overall tension. Safety and privacy were also concerns. The bathroom curtain rod fell and hit one of the children in our group—fortunately it was not serious, but it should be addressed. There is also a camera positioned in a way that overlooks the pool area and partially into the home, which felt invasive. Being addressed through a speaker regarding pool use further contributed to a sense of being monitored rather than relaxed. Lastly, maintenance visits early in the morning (pool service and landscaping) added noise and reduced the ability to rest, which may not be ideal for guests expecting a more peaceful stay. Overall, the number of rules, restrictions, and monitoring made it difficult to fully enjoy the experience.
