About this house rental
Welcome to our Beautiful Pool Home, designed to accommodate 4+ families. It features six bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, with designer decor and upgrades, including granite kitchen counters, tiled bathrooms, and wood floors.
The home includes two Cal-King master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Additionally, two more Cal-King beds share a Jack 'n' Jill bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms are children's rooms with full-over-full bunk beds. These children's rooms share a hall bathroom with a shower/bathtub.
The main living area is a beautiful open-concept space featuring an upgraded kitchen with granite countertops, custom paneled cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances, including a stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The dining room comfortably seats 10, with additional seating at the kitchen countertop bar and breakfast nook. The family room offers ample seating with a large sectional that includes a queen-size sleeper.
Outside, you can relax in our sparkling pool with a Jacuzzi and enjoy outdoor seating with a natural gas BBQ grill. The pool temperature is controlled remotely from our office, ensuring it will be ready and at the perfect temperature when you arrive.
A full-size washer, dryer for guest use, and a half bath are conveniently located right off the kitchen. The garage has been converted to a fun game room with a foosball table, air hockey table, and ping-pong table. We also provide strollers, high chairs, pack-n-play, and booster seats for infants and toddlers. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.
The main living room boasts a 60-inch TV with a DVD player, and high-speed wireless internet is included for entertainment. The home is equipped with central heating and air conditioning. Our home is just a short walk to Disneyland and Anaheim Convention Center, and you can watch the Disneyland fireworks from the yard.
This house SLEEPS 15 in Beds and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 15 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 4. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.
Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool is heated to 82, and Jacuzzi to 102

A refundable $500 security deposit is due at the time of booking.
A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.
Extra screening and proof of payment are required for bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival. The cardholder's name and address must match the booking's details. Our family of 10 people stayed in this house. It was nice that we were all able to have our own space as couples and room for the kids as well. The hot tub and pool were great. We loved how close it was to Disney and places to eat. Overall it was a great place. The biggest downfall was it could have been cleaner. There was a lot of dust, cowebs and hair in the shower drains. As well as a few cosmetic issues, a hole in the closet wall, a broken toilet seat and a broken set of blinds. We'd love to stay here again, as long as the housekeeping was done better.

Nice big property close to Disneyland. Plenty of beds for the 12 of us. Short drive or about a mile walk to the parks. Great view of the nightly fireworks from the driveway. Would definitely stay again

This home is absolutely wonderful! While we didn’t go to Disneyland this trip, we’ll definitely stay here for future vacations. The location was perfect—close to everything—and the house was incredibly spacious and comfortable for our group of 6 adults and 4 teens.The layout is ideal for large groups. The king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms? Yes, please! The bunk rooms were great too—those beds were full-sized, so even our tallest teens slept comfortably.Entertainment was top-notch: there were BIG TVs in every room, each with its own Roku. The hosts even provided 14 remotes! Everyone had what they needed without fighting over screens.The living and dining space was roomy and perfect for meals and hangouts. The kitchen had plenty of space for multiple cooks, and the dual-sink setup was smart and convenient.Outside, the pool and hot tub were beautiful, clean, and so relaxing—we spent most of our time there. The backyard setup is perfect for lounging and fun. And the game room? Huge bonus! We all loved playing pool, air hockey, and ping pong.Communication from the hosts was excellent. Their “vacation bible” guide had everything we needed to know—read it! It saved us from asking questions we could’ve answered ourselves.This home is a gem—clean, spacious, and full of thoughtful touches. Highly recommend it, and we’re already planning to return!

This was one of the best and worst experiences I've had at a vacation rental. I will start with the positives. This home is the cleanest house I have ever stayed at, 10/10!!! If you are going to Anaheim for Disneyland or to be away from the house the majority of your stay, this home is perfect for you! The negatives. We were not in Anaheim for Disneyland. We were there for our 12 yo son's national baseball tournament. We were also there to visit family in California. After booking with the property I was emailed a large contract with the most house rules I have ever read/signed. During our stay I was so stressed out about breaking a rule, such as having a vehicle parked in the street, not being inside the home by 10:00 pm, making sure all the towels are washed before checking out, making sure all the dishes are washed before checking out(and the dishwasher only works during the day!) I was more stressed out at the house, worrying about breaking a rule, than I was about watching my son play at this major Southwest Regional tournament. This house did not seem to go by VRBO's motto, "to help families everywhere find the perfect holiday home to reconnect with eachother." If you are going to Anaheim for Disney, this house is perfect! For any other reason, I would rent a house outside of Anaheim.
