There’s bed bugs in the bed

I liked the way things were organised in the room and the view of the table mountain and bo kaaps.

I didn't like the fact that they only clean the room once in seven days. I hope you can increase the frequency of cleaning the room, say, every two days.

The room offered stunning views of Bo-Kaap and Table Mountain, which made the experience truly memorable. The location is very central, making it easy to get around and explore Cape Town. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, so we never felt like anything was missing. Housekeeping came once during our seven-day stay, which was appreciated. A special mention to the receptionist, who kindly assisted us with a charger adaptor when we arrived, as the sockets are different there.

The host was quite inflexible with check-in. We requested to check in even just an hour earlier or at least leave our bags at reception, but both were declined. This was inconvenient, especially since many flights into Cape Town arrive early, and check-in is only at 3 p.m. Having to move around with luggage left a slightly sour impression and could definitely be handled with more consideration for guests.
