Καθαρός χώρος με αυλή σε δυο μεριές του χώρου. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε υψηλό σημείο με ωραίο αέρα τα βράδια.
Αν και από δικιά μας απερισκεψία, το μπάνιο είναι πολύ μικρό και κακά δομημένο. Επίσης, από τη δεύτερη ημέρα υπήρχε δυσοσμία από το μπάνιο. Δεν υπάρχει εξαερισμός στο χώρο της τουαλέτας. Επίσης, το σπίτι είναι σε πολύ δύσβατο σημείο με μανούβρες να χρειάζονται και τα τελευταία 200 μέτρα να είναι σε χωματόδρομο. Αν το αμάξι είναι λίγο χαμηλό δεν θα μπορέσει να ανεβεί στο κατάλυμα.
