Große, saubere Wohnung. Küche alles da was mach zum selbst versorgen braucht. Großer Balkon vorhanden. Zentrale Lage, man kommt direkt überall in Sitia mit kurzen Wegen ran.
Wohnung liegt erhöht in der Stadt (Wie die meisten Unterkünfte). Von den freien Parkplätzen am Hafen muss man dann eine lange Treppe oder über die Gehwege und Straßen langsam hinauf, was manchmal ganz schön anstrengend nach einem langen Tag wurde.

Posizione perfetta, vicinissima al centro e a due passi dalle spiagge. Appartamento molto grande e silenzioso. stanze confortevoli, letto comodo e aria condizionata presente.
Tutto ok ma forse le dotazioni in cucina sarebbero da rivedere. Un pentolino e una padella piccola in più sarebbero perfette. Non è presente la lavatrice

De locatie is echt uitzonderlijk goed, op loopafstand van de boulevard en het strand. Het appartement is ruim en schoon en de gastheer is vriendelijk en goed bereikbaar. Alles wat nodig is wordt in principe goed geregeld en problemen worden snel opgelost.
De badkamer en keuken zijn erg klein en voelen wat gedateerd aan, wat het comfort beperkt. Ook is de ventilatie in de badkamer niet goed, wat zichtbaar is in de afwerking. Daarnaast zijn de bedden en inrichting redelijk maar niet bijzonder comfortabel.
