The terrace at Villa Le Terrazze is truly stunning, offering panoramic views that are hard to beat. However, the villa itself could benefit from some updates.
The villa itself could benefit from some updates. There was a strong musty smell upon arrival, and the interior felt dated with minimal equipment provided. Security was a concern, as the main entrance door couldn't be locked, and we weren't informed about this beforehand. Additionally, the villa lacks a specific address, making it difficult to locate. While the view of the sea is beautiful, it's worth noting that a nearby highway, not visible in the listing photos, is quite audible from the terrace, which detracts from the overall ambiance. With some improvements, this place has great potential.

Belle maison, vue sur mer, belles terrasses, bien équipée, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle. Proximité de Cefalu.
Important A Signaler dans le descriptif que l’autoroute passe en contrebas de la maison.
Il y a donc un bruit constant de trafic routier, seul bémol

We had a wonderful holiday in Cefalu.
The position of the villa and the view are fantastic.
Pietro is very helpful. Villa is clean, with beautifull terases. In the kitchen you can find everything you need.
We will be happy to come back.
