The space is quite spacious ; the rooms are large, though the lighting could be brighter。

The space is quite spacious and well-appointed; the rooms are large. During cold weather, the heating system reliably provides warmth. The kitchen is fully equipped, offering an excellent space for meal preparation.

The lighting is too dim, especially in the bathroom.There is no elevator, and the stairs are somewhat steep—consider this if you have heavy luggage!! After staying for two weeks, the digital security measures never functioned properly!

Very pleasant apartment close to edge of old town.

On the edge of the university district, upstairs from a bar, but surprisingly quiet. Short walk to lost of restaurants and also grocery stores. Pleasant walk through old town to cathedral and on to ARoS. Spacious, with well equipped kitchen.

Very bright in bedroom, blinds would be helpful, bring eye patches! Dryer provided, but would have liked a clothes airer. Short walk to paid parking, but does fill up when people come home from work, and is quite expensive. Front door to building is very heavy, and lock a bit temperamental, had to jiggle it a lot. Stairs to front door and internal ones very steep.

STAIRS !!!

Thé unit had several nice features and a well appointed kitchen that had numerous small appliances but no toaster.

Thé unit is above a BAR !! The curtains in the bedroom do nothing to keep out the illumination from the street light outside the window. There were several electrical outlets that were suspect and could use some attention. All this was topped off by the entry stairs that were extremely steep with narrow treads in a spiral configuration that are extremely dangerous for most guests and the listing should reflect this hazard ( pictures attached ) .

Great Apartment!

Great location! Apartment was way bigger than expected. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Shower has great water pressure and temperature.

Walls are thin and you can hear footsteps from the common stairs as the main bedroom is right next to the common stairs. The apartment is also facing the main street, in front of the tram tracks and above a bar. Luckily we're not light sleeper, so that didn't bother us much.

I was a little nervous about arriving as I had seen some negative reviews after we booked the accommodation about the sheets and the window being broken, but we were pleasantly surprised. The location was fantastic, right in the centre of town, it is right above a jazz bar, but the noise isn't too bad, you can just hear the murmur of people talking - the jazz bar is great & you should definitely visit! The apartment was spacious, clean & had everything we needed, we wish we stayed longer. Aarhus is a beautiful city and this apartment was exactly what we needed for our time there. There was nothing wrong with the sheets & the windows were all fixed!! It was great as there was a washer & dryer so we could prep for our next spot.

The stairs to the apartment are a little steep, so just be careful taking bags up. There is no light where the shower is, but I just leant my phone torch towards the shower and it was totally fine. The bedrooms are quite bright as there are street lights right outside, would have been better with proper curtains, rather than just net curtains but my partner hung a blanket up in one of the windows which definitely made it better.

Super beliggenhed meget centralt i byen, og lige op til latinerkvarteret.

Super beliggenhed til sightseeing i Århus. Hurtig og kompetent vært, der svarede meget hurtigt på vores spørgsmål. Nem tilgang til offentlig transport, hvis ikke man vil gå rundt i byen.

Vi havde kun 1 overnatning, og vi ville hellere have haft et fjernsyn end både vaskemaskine og tørretumler. Vi havde netop valgt en lejlighed frem for hotel, så vi kunne sidde og hygge os efter vi havde spist middag ude. Der var en del larm fra letbanen, der kørte på vejen foran lejligheden.

Forkert information på jeres hjemmeside I glemte at fortælle at vi sover over en jazzbar, så minus søvn Dårlig udstyr i køkkenet, 1 teske til 5 bare et eksempel, tørretumbler der ikke virker, starter med at tømme opvasker, husk at skriv det ikke er handicap venligt!!!! Misinformation ang parkering, fint når man er ung, men ikke når man er 62 år og dårlig gående

Sehr nette Ferienwohnung - zu empfehlen.

Uns hat die Ferienwohnung gefallen. Ein freundliches und sauberes Ambiente der Fewo hat unseren Aufenthalt in Aarhus abgerundet. Die gut besuchte Bar im Haus (anderer Eingang) ist auch ganz nett. Oft gibt es hier Life-Musik. Dann ist es abends/nachts wahrscheinlich nochmal einbissel lauter. Wir konnten trotzdem gut schlafen. Unweit des Hauses ist ein Parkplatz. Das Zentrum und der Hafen von Aarhus ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir würden diese Ferienwohnung eindeutig weiterempfehlen.

Kleine Löffel konnten wir nicht finden. Ansonsten super eingerichtet. Der Schließer der Haustür (unten) ist zu stark eingestellt. Man wird regelrecht durch die Tür nach aussen auf den Fußweg über eine kleine steile Treppe gedrückt. Kann leicht behoben werden. Im Hausflur/Treppenhaus hat es extrem nach parfümierten Waschmittel gerochen, weil hier die Wäsche getrocknet wurde. Das penetrant parfümierte Waschmittel wurde auch zum Waschen der Bettwäsche und Handtücher verwendet. Tipp: Besser weniger stark riechendes Waschmittel mit dezenten Duft benutzen. ... Sonst riecht man sein eigenes Parfüm nicht mehr. Nur der bloße und kurze Kontakt zur Bettwäsche ließ unsere Kleidung noch zu Hause danach riechen.

Heruntergekommenen und verdreckt Unterkunft

Überhaupt nichts. Es ist mir ein Rätsel das Booking solch eine Unterkunft im Programm hat. Ich glaube, ich buche nie wieder bei Booking.

Hauseingang und Treppe katastrophal- Kaum begehbar und verdreckt. Küche praktisch nicht zu benutzen, alle Geräte , Geschirr verschmutzt. Bad , Dusche eine Zumutung, ekelig. Möbel teilweise heruntergekommen. Für 5 Personen gebucht, nur für 4 Personen Bettzeug vorhanden.. Das heißt auch,ich hätte gerne meine gezahlten 182,€ zurück erstattet.
