Friendly, helpful host. Beautiful, well looked after property overall. My room and its facilities were honestly just perfect. Spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Lovely en suite/wet room, good shower, large basin, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, lots of clothing hooks and plump, white towels. Slept surprisingly well in the single bed (a size I've not used for 30 yrs) very comfy mattress, clean bedding and thankfully great curtains did a fine job of blacking out the room. Located on a safe, pleasant street. Short walk to a bus stop or bike/scooter point...15 mins from room to city centre for under a fiver.

Okay, so these are small gripes but the British can be emotional about their cuppa so thought it was worth noting. I was going to have tea in the morning as I'd seen there was a kettle and various sachets inc teabags so I picked up fresh milk and chocolate biccies night before. Should've had a closer look beforehand...only fruit tea. Popular choice nowadays I'm aware but still expected to find English breakfast tea a staple item. Didn't cause a breakdown in my case but I know many for who it prob would! An extra coat hanger or two in closet would be handy but not essential.

Nice little one-bedroom apartment in Aarhus, about 30 minutes walk from the city centre. The owner was very friendly and make sure I could find everything I needed.

Nice little room with a single bed, kitchenette and wetroom. Liked being able to cook if I needed to. Reasonable walk to local stores and restaurants.

Quite far from the town centre, but there are buses nearby that are cheap and regular.

Lovely small but still good size apartment with nearly anything necessary for a mini break in Aarhus

The owner of the place was absolutely brilliant it's been a while since last time I've seen someone trying to do their best to help with any queries I might have. Clean and beautiful apartment. With nearly anything that you could possibly need while on vacation. Not far from the city centre but if using the car it's an absolutely perfect place with its own car park. In my opinion we had the best room in the rear of the building , don't think in front it would be as great as in the rear.

Just a few things put me down 1. Due to not the warmest weather I couldn't dry towels. The owner without questions provided extra towels, but still couldn't dry them out. 2. The shower curtain doesn't stop water going nearly all over the bathroom, but the place owner is aware and there is a small hand tool prepared to get water to the drain. 3. There was a frying pan, but no oil, only salt and pepper. Obviously I couldn't use the whole bottle once I bought it, so hopefully the owner leaves it for someone who will move to the apartment next. 4. No air conditioning. It wasn't too hot, but one of the days in the room was 24, and I couldn't change it even with an open door and window.

Compact, but fully equipped for solo travel!

Compact, but fully equipped, clean and modern appartement with everything needed for a solo traveller. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in Aarhus. Especially if you have a car, as there is easy and free parking! Oh and the host was very helpful and responsive.

If I have to pick something to complain about, it's that the appartements are not really near anything (city centre, shops, restaurants, etc). But there is some things within 10 minutes walking, so it's fine!

Everything was so great: location, parking, privacy, check in, facilities.

These goat or sheep sculptures maybe are nice but made me feel very uncomfortable to sleep, that I have slept only few hours. This is my problem, but in your case I would put something more neutral. Also kettle has a hole and it was put to electricity. When I have arrived I noticed that it is turning on by itself. I couldn’t make tea for myself but also it is dangerous.

Great value.

The value is excellent and the kitchenette is quite modern. Big wide tilt & turn window. There were thoughtful touches like the travel size toiletries. Plenty of storage and shelves. Comfortable bed. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet but has close-by amenities (and if you are a light/early sleeper, mind that central Aarhus accommodations can be very loud).

I was a little worried about my stay at first because, when I arrived, the toilet hadn't been flushed and there were a few bugs crawling around the bathroom. Overall, that turned out to be a fluke because everything else was clean except for some kettle rust. I will also add that the house has motion-detecting flood lights, so if you deal with insomnia like I do, you could potentially struggle when your room lights up repeatedly late at night.

Great experience -- would definitely do it again!

This is a great place to stay in Aarhus! Central to many things in Aarhus, including (in my case this was a special plus) Aarhus University's Economics Department, which is within a 20 minutes walk. The apartment was clean, well organized, with a nice little kitchen with everything you need for a short or even a longer stay -- fridge, microwave, stove... And a nice selection of kitchen ware, plates, glasses, utensils, etc. Babak, the manager, was very friendly and accessible -- making both check-in and check-out a breeze. I will definitely want to stay here again -- highly recommended!

Kamer was keurig ingericht en heel slim opgezet om de kleine ruimte te benutten. Het ziet er verzorgd uit. Bedlampje met plankje en gintegreerd stopcontact en usb laadpunt. Nette keuken, plantjes, boekenplankje maken het gezellig en toch opgeruimd. Net terras. Top voor 61 euro. Niemand gesproken fysiek maar keurig via app. Alles is er van tafel, tot schoenenbak, kapstok, spiegel naast de buitendeur. Moderne rustige indeling.
